Are RTO scope and nursing approval the same?
They are separate checks. National training scope alone does not establish NMBA program approval.
What this means for your study decision
RTO scope concerns authority to deliver and assess a national training product. Nursing program accreditation and NMBA approval are additional checks with different purposes. One does not stand in for the other.
Build a comparison row with separate entries for training scope and approved-program status. If either entry is missing or ambiguous, keep it unresolved rather than filling the gap from the course advertisement.
What should you compare?
- Training authority
- Program accreditation
- NMBA approval
What remains unconfirmed?
A particular provider's two statuses
What can you do next?
Check both the training register and Ahpra.
